Accompanying with her is a male chef, his name is Bac. Although Bac has Northern region origin, but living closely for a long time in Middle region helps him cook Quang Nam cuisine very well. The dishes he cooks are suitable with the taste of Middle and Northern region people but no loss of the Middle traditional taste.
